Whale Found Dead In Rivers State

The incident saw natives of the community trooping out in their numbers to cut the big mammal into pieces for consumption.

It was reported that the body of a whale has been found on a beach in Akwa Ibom state – off the Atlantic Ocean. The dead whale was found by villagers on September 15, morning, a biodiversity conservationist from the University of Uyo, Edem Eniang said.
He said residents of Okpo Ita in Ibeno local government area of the state had already started cutting some body parts of the 16 meters long whale for use as meat. “I observed that something close to four meters was missing,” Eniang said.
He also said many tourists have been attracted to the location where the whale is since the news broke.

Nigerian Road Safety Hits Bus Driver With a Stone Till He Collapse Because Of Money

A bus driver was hit on the head by a RRS tow-man. This incident happened along highway of Mowe. The bus driver was trying to change his punctured Tyre when the RRS  arrived and claimed he didn't have adequate safety tools. They took into action by trying to tow the bus to their station after so much pleading from the driver. The tow-man was so full of him self that he started a physical combat with the driver because he knows he has the backup of the RRS (road safety)men. The tow-man arrogantly took a stone and hit it on the driver's head which lead to the driver collapsing and the RRS men didn't take any action on what the man did instead they were still bent on towing the bus probably to extort money from him.
